We stock wooden plugs in 8 gauge up to 3 inches, and we carry many decorative options like engraved and carved plugs, colored stone inlays, and even dangling styles like wood spirals, hoops, and hangers. Many people choose to wear wood plugs and tunnels because they are a lightweight and comfortable material. However, we only recommend wood plugs for healed piercings because they are porous and can hold bacteria - which can cause infection in freshly pierced or stretched ears. Organic wooden ear gauges and jewelry can get damaged by water, so we don’t recommend wearing them while showering, swimming, at the beach, etc. Note: Natural materials like stone and wood can have color and pattern variations that do not allow for exactly identical pieces of jewelry, but we do our best to provide a matching set.
